Warranty Disclaimer – Residential Use Limited Warranty
Holland Bar Stool Company warrants: Original Purchaser (“Purchaser”), that as the manufacturer of all its products (“Products”) to be free from defects in material and workmanship on all of our series of stools, tables and chairs (excluding the *Hampton Series) for a period of 5 years, under normal use and service for personal, family and household purposes, following the date of purchase and delivery to the “Purchaser”. This warranty does not cover printed vinyl (**Logo Series), upholstery, printed table tops (**Logo Series), wood or metal finishes.
*Hampton Series – Holland Bar Stool Company warrants: Original Purchaser (“Purchaser”), that as the manufacturer of all its products (“Products”) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years, under normal use and service, following the date of purchase and delivery to the “Purchaser”. This warranty does not cover upholstery, wood or metal finishes.
**Logo Series – Holland Bar Stool Company warrants: Original Purchaser (“Purchaser”), that as the manufacturer of all of its’ printed Logo Series stool seat tops and printed Logo Series table tops to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year, under normal use and service, following the date of purchase and delivery to the “Purchaser”.
This warranty, regardless of product, does not cover damages which result from neglect, accident, intentional misuse or acts of nature, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperature or humidity, immersion in water, fading or color variations of vinyl or artwork over time, scratches, minor variations in size, unauthorized repair, alteration, abuse or misuse of Product.
The obligation of Holland Bar Stool Company under this warranty is limited, at the option of Holland Bar Stool Company to repair or replacement of Product with one of equal or similar type and quality, if, to the satisfaction of Holland Bar Stool Company the Products as manufactured proves defective under normal use and service.
Repairs or replacements under this warranty will be made by Holland Bar Stool Company or anyone Holland Bar Stool Company, in its sole direction authorizes, at no charge to the Original Purchaser. If return to the factory is necessary, packing and shipping costs to the factory will be charged to the Purchaser. Return shipping shall be freight prepaid to the dealer making the recommendation. All costs for delivery from the Purchaser to the dealer and for any delivery to the purchaser from the dealer shall be paid by the Purchaser.
THE WARRANTY REMEDY TO REPAIR OR REPLACE A PRODUCT IS IN LIEU OF ALL RIGHTS TO THE PURCHASER OR USER OF THE PRODUCT DUE TO PRODUCT FAILURE OR NONPERFORMANCE. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS. MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SUPPLY OF OR USE OF ANY PRODUCTS, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. MANUFACTURER’S LIABILITY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL PRICE PAID TO MANUFACTURER. NO ACTION SHALL BE BROUGHT MORE THAN SIX MONTHS AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION HAS ARISEN. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TIME PERIOD OF ANY MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEED THE TIME PERIODS SPECIFIED ABOVE.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND THERE MAY BE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Holland Gameroom Billiard Table Warranty
Holland Gameroom, a Division of Holland Bar Stool Co., will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any part(s), excluding installation and labor, which fail or malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Tables sold or used commercially are excluded.
 - BILLIARD TABLES
Carry a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY from the date of original purchase by the consumer from an authorized Holland Garmeroom dealer or agent. Holland Gameroom, using its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the part(s) proven to be defective as established per the following:
1. Table cabinet, rails, blinds, legs, and internal support system: FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY from splitting or cracking.
2. Cushions: LIFETIME WARRANTY against separation, dry rot, or hardening.
3. Slate: LIFETIME WARRANTY from chipping, cracking, or warping. (Only if any portion of the playing field is affected.)
4. Hardware: FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY on all hardware and metal parts.
5. Repair or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the Product. This Lifetime Warranty does not require the replacement of the entire billiard table.
6. Cloth, pockets, and accessories: Holland Gameroom’s warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of the billiard table's cloth, pockets, or accessories.

Holland Gameroom Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following: 
Any failure caused by or resulting from abuse, neglect or accident; improper use, modification, service, maintenance or repair; or normal wear and tear. Cabinet exterior and decorative finishes, including scratches, scrapes, and nicks in surfaces. Installation or labor cost, in any form, incurred in any manner. Only part repairs or replacements are provided. Damages incurred in shipping, unpacking, set-up, and installation. Commercial or industrial users. Tables located outside the United States and Canada.
 Damage caused by factors other than manufacturer's materials or workmanship: Holland Gameroom does not extend warranty coverage to repairs or replacements as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other act of nature, abnormal playing conditions, or accidental damage. This warranty does not cover tables used in a commercial or an institutional setting.
 All Claims must be emailed to help@hollandbarstool.com and accompanied by sufficient digital photo documentation along with a brief explanation of the issue. Our Warranty Department will review your claim and respond promptly. If a claim is deemed valid, we will replace or repair, at our discretion, any or all of the components involved in the claim. In some cases Holland Gameroom has the right to request a copy of the original bill of sale to the original owner to help determine claim viability. 

Any declared defective part(s) should be returned, (freight prepaid by owner) via a Holland Gameroom approved carrier to Holland Bar Stool Company. If the part is determined to be defective by the digital photos submitted or visual inspection, the cost of shipping will be reimbursed. Holland Gameroom will afford the replacement shipping cost back to the customer. If the claim occurs more than six (6) months after the original date of purchase, shipping costs both ways will be the sole responsibility of the owner.

Holland Gameroom warranty represents the complete understanding between the original owner and Holland Gameroom of the warranty coverage for your product(s). Holland Gameroom makes no other guarantees, express or implied, other than those established within this document. Holland Gameroom does not authorize any person or entity to assume additional liabilities or obligations in connection with your product(s). This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights that may vary from state to state.

HOLLAND GAMEROOM SHUFFLEBOARD TABLE WARRANTY
Holland Gameroom, a Division of Holland Bar Stool Co., will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any part(s), excluding installation and labor, which fail or malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Tables sold or used commercially are excluded.
- SHUFFLEBOARD TABLES
Carry a LIMITED 5 YEAR WARRANTY from the date of original purchase by the consumer from an authorized Holland Garmeroom dealer or agent. Holland Gameroom, using its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the part(s) proven to be defective as established per the following:
  1. Table cabinet, rails, legs, and internal support system: FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY from splitting or cracking.
  2. 1 YEAR warranty on the Playing Surface from cracking or fogging. If maintained with proper waxes and cleaners, and appropriate pucks are used for play, the playfield should never have to be resurfaced or refinished.
  3. Hardware: FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY on all hardware and metal parts.
  4. Repair or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the Product. This Warranty does not require the replacement of the entire shuffleboard table.
  5. Cloth and accessories: Holland Gameroom’s warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of the shuffleboard cradle’s cloth, or accessories.
Holland Gameroom Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following: 
Any failure caused by or resulting from abuse, neglect or accident; improper use, modification, service, maintenance or repair; or normal wear and tear. THIS WARRANTY BECOMES EFFECTIVE UPON HOLLAND GAMEROOM RECEIPT OF THE COMPLETED WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. ALL WARRANTY CARDS AND CONTACT INFORMATION IS KEPT ON FILE FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES.

FAILURE TO RETURN OR REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE SHALL RESULT IN THIS WARRANTY AS BEING CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID.

POOL TABLES: 3 year Warranty * Pool Tables entail all other tables above our Gallery Series lineup (details below). Labor is not included in this warranty agreement. *Isabella Furniture warrants the components/parts of your Isabella Furniture Pool Table to be free of manufacturer defects in material of the original owner, as follows: Table, Cabinet, Legs, Interior Bracing and Hardwood Rails and Blinds and slate: Warranted against splitting, cracking or warping; Hardwood Rails and Cushions: Warranted against separation, dry rot, or hardening. Isabella Furniture, or any of its authorized service dealers, will provide you parts required to repair or, at Isabella Furniture’ sole option, replace any of the above components covered by this warranty, found, in the sole reasonable judgment of Isabella Furniture, to be defective in materials and/or workmanship Goals: It is our goal to exceed your product, service, and value expectations. We look forward to servicing your account in the future and building a long term relationship.
EXCLUSIONS: Isabella Furniture responsibilities under these warranty terms shall not extend to any of the following: * Labor is not included in any warranty agreement that we offer* Subsequent purchasers: This warranty extends to the original purchaser only.* Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal playing conditions, accidental damage or improper installation by someone other than Isabella Furniture or its authorized dealer.* Repair or replacement of any bed cloth/felt, table pockets, or playing accessories.* Leveling of the Pool Table post-installation* Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component or from its repair or replacement This Warranty is the entire understanding between you and Isabella Furniture of the Warranty Coverage of your furniture. Isabella Furniture makes no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth in this document; nor does it authorize any person or entity to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with your Pool Table. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. In addition, you may have other legal rights which may vary from state to state.
ALL OTHER FURNITURE: Isabella Furniture warrants the components of your game room furniture to be free of manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for as long as one calendar year from the original shipment date to the retailer. Labor is not included in this warranty agreement.

RAM GAME ROOM

All RAM Game Room branded merchandise comes with a one year warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. RAM reserves the right to request suitable images of any warranty claim prior to the warranty being honored.

SCHMELKE

Schmelke Cue warrants against manufactures defects on a per case determination but excludes replaceable parts such as the tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, and bumper. Schmelke cues covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced without charge.
This warranty applies to Schmelke cues purchased from an authorized Schmelke retailer or distributor. The cue must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt from the authorized Schmelke dealer. The warranty applies to Schmelke cues belonging to the original owner and is non-transferable. You must ship us the entire cue (butt and shaft) for any warranty considerations. All claims are resolved at the discretion of Schmelke Cues does not warrant its cues against any damage caused by third parties Schmelke Cues isn't responsible for any shipping charges.
This warranty is void if your Schmelke cue has after-market products or if it has been subject to mishandling, abuse, or worked on by an entity other than Schmelke Cues

Z-LITE

Z-Lite Warranty Z-Lite warrants all its products to be free from malfunction, subject to certain conditions and exclusions, for the following time periods from the date the product was purchased. Indoor Fixtures: 1 Year Outdoor Aluminum Fixtures: 3 Years (see notes below). LED Modules: 3 Years Bulbs: Bulbs are not covered under warranty In all cases, Z-Lite must be notified before any warranty action will be approved. For the purposes of this warranty, Z-Lite differentiates between items that are received damaged or defective and items that malfunction. Items that are received damaged or defective must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Please see Damage & Defective Policy for further details. Items that malfunction after installation and use has begun must be reported within the above timeframe. Z-Lite reserves the right to ask for proof of purchase. All warranties only apply to the original purchaser and original installation of products. This warranty is not transferrable. This warranty only applies when all components have been supplied by Z-Lite. Substituting another manufacturer’s product and/or components will render the warranty completely void. All bulbs that are supplied with fixtures are not warranted. The following costs, expenses, and damages are not covered by the provisions of this limited warranty: (i) labor costs including, but not limited to, such costs as the removal and reinstallation of product, (ii) shipping and freight expenses required to return product to Z-Lite. Rectification will be one of the following at Z-Lite’s discretion: - Provide parts to fix reported problem - Return of problem fixture for repair and return - Replacement of fixture The provisions of this warranty do not apply to Products: a) Used in commercial applications b) Used for purposes for which they were not designed or intended c) Which have been subjected to alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident d) Which have been improperly stored, installed, maintained, or operated e) Which have been used in violation of written instructions provided by Z-Lite f) Which have been subjected to improper temperature, humidity or other environmental conditions g) Based on Z-Lite’s examination, do not conform to the warranty requirements h) Scratches, abrasions or deterioration due to the use of paints, solvents, chemicals, or abrasive cleaning techniques i) Affected by acts of God / Severe or uncontrollable weather j) Purchased from an unauthorized reseller The above warranties also do not apply if: - The original bill of sale, delivery date, or product number cannot be verified. - The claim falls within our Damage & Defective Policy. - The product is not in the possession of the original purchaser. Outdoor Fixture Exclusions: Finishes for fixtures installed outdoors are subject to change due to prolonged exposure to sunlight, pollutants, and other environmental conditions. Thus, any claim for fading, discoloration, or patina of a finish on an outdoor fixture are not applicable to the above warranty. The environment within 25 miles of a sea coast can be extremely corrosive. Even with the appropriate maintenance, products installed in this environment will typically deteriorate more than products installed in a less severe environment. Thus, any claim for finish failures or for corrosion of other components due to coastal environment conditions are not applicable to the above warranty.
